Today we serve clients throughout the United States often assisting them in litigation and transactional matters internationally.  We are a regional firm operating out of four offices in Boston, Massachusetts and Hartford, Fairfield and Waterbury, Connecticut.  Our wholly owned subsidiary, Integrated Project Solutions LLC, provides cutting-edge litigation support technology including proprietary electronic discovery software which we believe provides significant value to our clients involved in litigation. 

We enjoy the practice of law, which accounts for our enthusiasm in addressing each client matter.
